Refund policy

Oh, shoot! You need to make a return? We're sorry to hear that.

 Ok, here goes: If not satisfied (and we are so sorry you're not happy!), we will refund your order within 14 days if purchased from our website or Reward physical store. If you purchased from a wholesale account, or another authorized retailer, you will fall within that individual's return policy, as opposed to ours.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. We can't take back items where the safety seal is broken. Because, safety. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Let us know if you need hellp with that last part.

Damages and issues
Did you just receive your order? Yay! Please inspect it and contact us immediately if it's defective, damaged or the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Talk to us about exchanges! We want you to be happy, and we'll work with you on that.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
